The owner and creators of PULSEpilot.live are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or licensed investment professionals. None of the data arrays, performance rankings, or indicators displayed on the Platform constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or derivative.

4. Data Accuracy Limitation
Our stock leaderboards pull live market metrics dynamically through external automated connections (such as Google Sheets API integrations). While we strive to maintain uninterrupted pipelines, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or sequencing of the data. The Platform is not liable for errors, server synchronization delays, or zero-value faults (0.00%) caused by upstream data feed disruptions.
PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE & SYSTEM USE
1. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Material
All downloadable Excel templates, complex custom formulas (e.g., optimized LET, QUERY, and MAX/MINhistorical array frameworks), structural formatting, layout code, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of PULSEpilot.live.
- Allowed: You receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use purchased files for your personal bookkeeping, family budgeting, or individual learning.
- Strictly Prohibited: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, share, or republish our proprietary Excel files or leaderboard data matrices to third parties, public forums, or competing websites. Violations will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund.
2. Digital Products & Refund Policy
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital goods (Excel templates and learning materials) and the immediate consumption of data feeds, all sales are final. Refund requests for subscriptions or digital downloads are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion if a technical system defect cannot be resolved by our support team.
3. Subscription Billing & Access Control
Premium leaderboard access is tied to an active, recurring subscription. If a billing cycle fails or is cancelled, access to the premium dashboard tables will be automatically restricted at the end of the current billing tier.
4. Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, update, or temporarily suspend the platform data streams or template versions at any time to perform technical server caching refreshes, cron-job updates, or layout optimizations.
